[10-Part Self-Care Course]

2008-09-13

After the popular Self-Care Course was concluded, each of the 10 lectures kept the same theme but were all updated and revised to be both more detailed and simpler to understand before the course made its return for a second term. Not only was the second term course popular with newcomers but also with those who had undertaken the first self-care course and found that there was still a lot that they could gain from the renewed content.
